Sylvain Morgeau

Morgeau is representing bioMérieux, a global leader of In Vitro Diagnostics specialized in infectious disease and critical care, which is a minority shareholder of Spinchip. At bioMérieux, he is heading Strategy and is acting as Secretary of the Executive Committee. Morgeau holds an engineering degree in Biochemistry from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées of Toulouse and a MBA in Innovation Management from the University of Toulouse. He started his career in strategic consulting, working with all leaders of Life Sciences (pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, Medtechs) and then joined bioMérieux in 2011 where he held several position in financial controlling, budget process owner and investor relations. Morgeau joined the board of SpinChip in 2024 as an observer.
